Dr. Kristen Teuscher was born and raised in Fremont, California where she grew up playing soccer and softball. From a young age, Dr. Kristen was always interested in healthcare and the human body. She received her master’s degree in biology with an emphasis in microbiology from California State University, East Bay where she also had the opportunity to teach the microbiology laboratory courses to undergraduates and pre-nursing students. It was at this time when she found CrossFit and realized the importance of mobility and proper movement patterns. Dr. Kristen received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in 2017, where she graduated with cum laude honors.

Sports & Interests

Dr. Kristen Teuscher grew up in a very active family with various sports year-round. She enjoys staying active by doing CrossFit, trail running, and hiking. Dr. Kristen is also a very dedicated West Coast Swing dancer and has competed at multiple events in Northern California. She also volunteers on the Board of Directors for a non-profit swing dance club in the Bay Area and is on the convention committee for their annual swing dance convention.
